Maintenance and repair

Your system in good hands

Regular checks and maintenance increase the operational reliability of thermoprocessing systems. Legal regulations apply to the inspection of gas burners.

Regular maintenance and optimization of the burner setting also reduces operating costs and ultimately protects the environment.

The manufacturers recommend repeating the inspections at annual intervals. Under increased operating conditions, a six-monthly inspection is recommended in order to be able to continue producing with safe and optimized systems in the future.

Checking and maintenance of the gas control system

(Check gas filter for dirt, gas ball valve, gas pressure regulator, gas safety fittings for function and the pipeline for leaks)

Checking and maintenance of the air control line

(Check the combustion air filter for dirt, check the function of the combustion air control flap)

Functional test of all safety-related electrical components that are processed in the safety chain

(Gas pressure switch min., gas pressure switch max., tightness control, centrifugal force monitor or combustion air pressure switch min., chamber pressure switch min., circulating air pressure switch, excess temperature limiter and the emergency stop button)

Readjustment or adjustment of adjustable fittings

Functional test of the external devices that are locked in the safety chain

Clean and check burner ignition and flame assembly

Clean UV tube, replace if necessary (every 8,000 operating hours)

Dismantle and clean the burner and burner baffle plate

Visual inspection and test run of the burner

Visual inspection and functional test of lambda and flue gas measurement

After completing the work, you will receive a log of measurements and settings and a list of the work carried out

After completion of the inspection, a detailed report, separately for each system, is created and made available to the client. If necessary, a recommended spare parts quote will be included with the report
